12m Commercial RIB Structural Fibreglass Repair
Insurance-Approved GRP Repair for a Chartered RIB
This project involved the structural repair and rebuild of the bow on a 12-metre commercial charter RIB that had sustained significant damage.
As the vessel was commercially operated, all repairs had to meet insurance requirements and be suitable for return to commercial service. The project required extensive structural reconstruction rather than a simple cosmetic repair.
Working alongside Rodella Ribs at Cobb's Quay, Poole, we carefully rebuilt the damaged bow using professional GRP repair techniques, restoring the vessel's structural integrity while maintaining the high standards expected of a commercial craft.

Commercial Roof Ducting – GRP Waterproofing
A client required a durable waterproof solution around new roof ducting.
We installed and sealed a plywood base, then applied a fibreglass (GRP) laminate system to create a fully waterproof and weather-resistant finish around the ducting installation.
Ferrari Collector – Fibreglass Artwork Repair
A Ferrari collector approached us to repair a damaged fibreglass wall art piece.
The damaged areas were rebuilt using fibreglass, carefully shaped and finished before carrying out a precise colour match to restore the piece to its original appearance.
